Thank you for your interest in the Annual Grand Rivers 2024 Holiday Artisan Market. This is an event in which a diverse group of farmers and artisans can come together to share their goods and gift items with the public.

This is a juried event. We will be going over everyone’s applications to ensure that we have a very diverse group of vendors. Items sold should be unique, handcrafted, locally grown, and locally made. If your registration is denied due to not meeting the criteria,  having multiple vendors selling the same items or other reasons, you will receive a full refund of the vendor space fee; processing or other fees are not refundable once the registration is submitted. If in doubt that your merchandise is acceptable for this event, you may request pre-approval by emailing 3 - 5 photos of merchandise and a detailed description of your products to [email protected]. We will review your request within 48 hours and respond on how to proceed. 

All Applicants must provide 3 to 5 pictures of their products and a picture and description of their booth area if they have not previously participated as a vendor in this Holiday market.

Rental of space includes space only. Vendors must provide any displays, power cords, tents, etc. needed for display. 8' banquet tables are available in the Community Center. Vendors are welcome to use the tables and chairs in the community, provided that the vendor sets up the table/chairs and returns them to the storage area once the show is complete.

All Produce vendors should be GAP certified. If you are not certified and are interested, Adam Barnes of the Livingston County Extension Office will set up a certification class. [email protected]

Please do not submit any mass-produced items. We strive to keep this a locally grown and handmade event. Booth demonstrations are welcomed and encouraged if space is provided.

The event will be held on Saturday, November 9, 2024, from 9 am to 4 pm. Set up time for vendors who are interested will be Friday, November 8, from 9 am - 6 pm. Anyone who wants to set up on Saturday morning before the event is welcome. Doors will open at 7 am for vendors to set up on Saturday, November 9, 2024.

Indoor Spaces Only eight interior booth spaces that include electricity. The spaces slightly vary in size, but average 8x8. The booth rental with Electric for the day is $80. 

10 Indoor Spaces interior booth spaces that DO NOT include electricity. The spaces slightly vary in size, but average 8x8. The booth rental with Electric for the day is $65.

Outdoor Spaces There are 10 porch booth sites. These are outdoor, but covered and may include limited electricity. Electric connections in this area are not guaranteed. The booth rental for the day is $45.
